In general you want to keep Lesser Emerald Spellstone since it is your strongest card and Wandering Monster since you want to upgrade your spellstone as fast as possible and Wandering Monster is your best secret in every matchup. Without him your best bet against control decks is to be aggressive and finish the game early, but your chance of winning is still low. Deathstalker Rexxar is usually the primary wincondition in those matchups since Control decks cant outvalue infinite value. This deck plays mostly like the non-budget version of Spellhunter but it has a great weakness: Control matches. ![]() Follow it up with Savannah Highmane to give your opponent real headaches. Your strongest play however is to upgrade your Lesser Emerald Spellstone and play it on curve since it can decide games on the spot (if your opponent cant deal with it on the spot). The goal of the deck is to control the board early on with traps, weapons and efficient spells while slowly chipping at your opponents health with your hero power and your Eaglehorn Bow which has near infinite charges.
